Regional Sales Manager (m/f)

Responsibilities

  • Contribution to the development and definition of strategic sales objectives, particularly for the assigned regions, in coordination with the Global Head of Sales and the management team.
  • Systematic and independent acquisition and management of existing and potential key accounts (e.g. dental laboratories, dental practices, clinics, or medical centers) and expansion to customer networks both domestically and internationally.
    - Consultation, sales, and proposal preparation for dental CNC machine systems and accessory components (including CAD/CAM software).
    - Strategic, solution-oriented, and proactive intensification of business relationships and further development of new and existing key accounts.
  • Planning, management, and monitoring of the sales activities of assigned dealers to gain additional sales potential and achieve sales goals (including sales and revenue planning and control of assigned dealers).
  • Independently taking appropriate measures to achieve sales and performance goals.
  • Planning, preparation, and follow-up of customer visits.
  • Presentation of our product solutions and leading contract negotiations for customer-specific offers.
  • Ensuring and managing complaint management.
  • Development of market, customer, and competition analyses and derivation of necessary measures in collaboration with the Global Head of Sales, Marketing, and management team.
  • Management and participation in specialized regional and international fairs as well as internal events for the dental industry, such as dealer days.
  • Supporting the Global Head of Sales and management team in monthly analyses, reporting, and controlling activities, as well as in the preparation of presentations.

Profile of requirements

  • Completed commercial or dental technical vocational training or a completed commercial or technical degree
  • Several years of professional experience in key account management or in national and international trade sales
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of the dental industry and networks in the global dental market is an advantage
  • Technical understanding or technical affinity
  • Ability to express oneself and communicate effectively with a confident demeanor
  • Independence, loyalty, and initiative
