Sales Assistant (m/f)

Responsibilities

• Support and relief of the sales management and the sales team in all matters of daily business
• Preparation of customer documents and individual offers
• Lead management, communication and follow-up of leads and deals in the CRM tool HubSpot
• Support in digital contract management
• Preparation and follow-up of internal and external customer visits
• Responsibility and execution of written and telephone correspondence in German and English
• Participation in specialist regional and international trade fairs
• Contact person and internal interfaces
• Planning of deliveries with regard to deadlines and training
• Support with monthly analyses, reporting and controlling activities as well as preparation of presentations

Profile of requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• Confident handling of the usual Office programs
• Initial experience with CRM systems desirable
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Expressiveness and communication skills
• Independence, initiative and organizational skills
• Quick comprehension and flexibility
• Customer orientation
• Technical interest
