Sales Team Assistant (m/f)

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining customer records and preparing individual offers in coordination with the sales department
• Lead management, communication, and tracking of leads and deals in the HubSpot CRM tool 
• Responsibility for written and telephone correspondence in German and English
• Reliable support for the sales team in all organizational and administrative matters of day-to-day business, including:
  • Support with monthly analyses, reporting, and controlling activities 
  • Organization and coordination of delivery dates and training courses
  • Coordination and digital management of contract documents
  • Assistance with the preparation and follow-up of trade fairs and events, with optional on-site participation
• Contact person and internal interface for customers and partners

Profile of requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training 
• Confident use of common Office programs 
• Initial experience with CRM systems desirable
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Customer focus and communication skills
• Independence, initiative, and organizational skills
• Interest in technology
