System / network administrator – employee  for  IT-Support (m/f)

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for IT-relevant problems and issues in cooperation with the IT colleagues
• Monitoring of IT services and systems, and ensuring their availability (including backup maintenance and database maintenance)
• Analysis of occurring malfunctions as well as independent rectification
• Participation in IT demand and procurement processes as well as projects
• Simplification and automation of existing processes in the company

Profile of requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or an equivalent qualification with professional experience
• Confident handling of common client operating systems and standard applications
• Experience in the Microsoft server environment
• Solid knowledge the administration of standard services
• Solid knowledge of network technology
• Basic knowledge in dealing with databases and ERP systems
• Knowledge of IT security and IT documentation
• Good command of German and English, both spoken and written
• Independence, initiative and organisational skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, a sense of responsibility and loyalty
• Quick comprehension and flexibility
