Commercial service employee (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Processing of all commercial transactions from entry to completion in the ProAlpha ERP system and KIX ticket program
• Systematic creation and commercial processing of customer returns
  • RMA processing
  • Goods receipt inspection
  • Creation of commercial documents for repair orders and returns
  • Resubmission/recovery of parts
• Systematic creation and commercial processing of in-house spare parts repairs 
  • Creation of internal service orders/run cards and forwarding to the relevant departments
  • Internal exchange of information 
• Systematic creation and commercial processing of repairs by external service providers  
  • Creation of repair orders for external service providers
  • Delivery reminders
  • Goods receipt posting and invoice control
• Performing administrative tasks, including document archiving and master data maintenance 
• Communication with customers, service providers, and quality management in German and English 
• Process-related warehouse postings  
• Assistance with inventory preparation and implementation

Profile of requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Confident use of MS Office
• Experience with ERP systems (especially ProAlpha) desirable
• Good written and spoken German and English
• Independence, initiative, and organizational skills
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as quality and responsibility awareness
