Commercial service employee (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Systematic creation and commercial processing of various services, e.g. machine maintenance, repairs, and off-site commissioning in Germany and abroad
• Processing of service orders from entry through to completion in the company’s ERP system ProAlpha
  • Entry of service orders, including quotations, order confirmations, and reports
  • Material procurement and scheduling
  • Preparation and provision of reports and materials for service assignments, maintenance work, and commissioning activities for service technicians and external service partners
  • Review and approval of travel expense reports following off-site service assignments
  • Preparation of delivery notes and shipping documents
  • Invoicing
• Communication with customers and service providers in German and English
• Assistance with inventory preparation and execution
• Performance of administrative tasks
  • Including document archiving and master data maintenance
• Support with monthly analyses, reporting, and controlling activities

Profile of requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Confident use of MS Office
• Experience with ERP systems (especially ProAlpha) desirable
• Good written and spoken German and English
• Independence, initiative, and organizational skills
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as quality and responsibility awareness
