Commercial service employee (m/f)

Responsibilities

• Systematic planning and commercial processing of various services (e.g., for machine maintenance, repairs, commissioning outside the company in Germany and abroad)
• Processing of service orders from entry to completion in the ProAlpha ERP system
  • Service order entry (quotes, order confirmations, reports) 
  • Material procurement and scheduling
  • Preparation and provision of reports and materials for service calls, maintenance, and commissioning for service technicians and external service partners
  • Review/approval of travel expense reports after off-site services have been performed
  • Preparation of delivery notes and shipping documents
  • Invoicing
• Communication with customers and service providers in German and English 
• Assistance with inventory preparation and implementation
• Performing administrative tasks 
  • Including document archiving, master data maintenance 
• Support with monthly analyses, reporting, and controlling activities

Profile of requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training 
• Confident use of MS Office
• Experience with ERP systems (especially ProAlpha) desirable  
• Good written and spoken German and English
• Independence, initiative, and organizational skills
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as quality and responsibility awareness
