Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d)

For our location in Eiterfeld, we are looking to fill the following position as soon as possible:

Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d)

Part-time or full-time, with a minimum of 25 hours per week. This is a fixed-term position to cover the statutory parental leave of a permanent team member; however, there is the option of a subsequent permanent position if both parties are interested.

Responsibilities

• Advising executives and employees on all matters related to human resources, labor law, and social security law
• Managing the entire employee lifecycle, from hire to separation
• Drafting employment contracts and performance reviews, and maintaining employee master data
• Managing the application process, from posting job openings through pre-screening to job interviews
• Organizing employee development initiatives
• HR marketing and employer branding initiatives
• Support for current HR projects 
   

Profile of requirements

•  A college degree, preferably in economics with a focus on human resources, or a business apprenticeship followed by further training to become a human resources specialist (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• Several years of solid professional experience in a comparable HR role, ideally at a medium-sized industrial company
• Solid knowledge of German labor and social security law
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable, and discreet approach to work
• Strong communication skills and a good understanding of people
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
