Program Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking to hire full-time employee starting on 01.04.2027 at our headquarters in Eiterfeld, for the following position:

Program Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for reporting project status, risks, and challenges to management
• Management of a diverse project portfolio in the areas of new products, production, processes, and systems
• New product developments and product line expansions (digital dental systems, software)
• Capacity projects, such as the relocation of production lines and cost-reduction initiatives
• Process and system projects, such as the further development of CRM and ERP systems as well as complaint management systems
• Ensuring effective PSB governance within the framework of the overarching commercial and operational goals of the imes-icore Group, as well as leading the monthly PSB gate reviews
• You are responsible for the successful implementation of programs and projects and ensure that defined milestones are met on time, in full, and to the required quality standards
• You also promote cross-functional collaboration, support project managers in successfully implementing projects, and drive well-informed decision-making
• Developing, coaching, and motivating project managers

Profile of requirements

• A successfully completed bachelor’s degree in engineering or a comparable qualification. An MBA is desirable
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English
• At least 10 years of professional experience in project management, project coordination, or a comparable position
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Confident demeanor, strong leadership skills, and constructive conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to coach and develop employees and project managers
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills, as well as the ability to translate strategic goals into concrete actions
• Strategic and analytical thinking, as well as the ability to evaluate complex issues and make well-informed decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in handling complex and dynamic environments
• A proactive approach to work and the ability to successfully lead project teams while taking into account overarching portfolio and corporate goals
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Excellent organizational skills, a structured approach to work, and very good time management
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Project or comparable project management tools
