Project Coordinator (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing manual and automated tests
• Accepting new releases in close collaboration with our development team
• Working according to Scrum and using the latest state-of-the-art development methods
• Creating and reviewing test concepts, test plans, and test cases
• Taking on responsibility, e.g., for planning and coordinating cross-departmental tests
• Participation in the design and improvement of existing processes 

Profile of requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English
• At least 2 years of professional experience in project management or project coordination, or comparable professional experience
• An independent, motivated individual with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Confident demeanor and strong skills in establishing and maintaining business relationships at all levels of the organization
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and positive approach to work
• Strong organizational skills, a structured work style, and excellent time management
• Strong technical and business acumen
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team orientation in a dynamic work environment
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Knowledge of project management and experience with common project management software are a plus
