After more than two decades at the helm, Christoph Stark, founder and outgoing CEO, will remain available to the company during a structured transition phase to ensure a smooth handover. Christoph Stark has successfully built up and decisively shaped imes-icore over more than two decades. Under his leadership, the company has developed into an internationally recognized partner for dental CAD/CAM solutions with a global presence. Christoph Stark will remain with imes-icore, initially in the role of co-CEO for a limited transition period. Christoph Stark will then focus on product and innovation, the area that has always been close to his heart: the development of outstanding products for the dental industry.

Sabine Bois, an internationally experienced manager with proven expertise in growth and internationalization strategies, market development, operational excellence, governance, and financing, will assume operational responsibility. She has many years of management experience in global medtech companies, has built up international organizations, led the development and expansion of international markets, and successfully managed complex growth phases. Most recently, she successfully led the international medtech company Occlutech.
