We are looking for a full-time employee to join our team in Eiterfeld as soon as possible in the role of:

Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the updating, documentation, and further development of quality control guidelines at every stage of the operational value chain 
• Conducting quality controls at all relevant stages of the value chain: 
  • Monitoring of production processes and ensuring product and delivery quality, e.g., by inspecting raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods based on established quality requirements, including daily product evaluation using acceptance reports
  • Analysis, evaluation, and classification of customer complaints and error reports, as well as root cause analysis and implementation of corrective measures.
• Assisting in the preparation of key performance indicators for the statistical analysis and evaluation of measurement data, as well as complaint and error statistics
• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of project-specific QA reports
• Assisting the Quality Manager in communicating the QA status to project managers and senior management

Profile of requirements

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification
  • Further training as a technician is desirable
• Several years of professional experience in quality assurance, preferably in mechanical or special-purpose machine engineering
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Analytical, structured, and independent work style
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
