Toolmaking employee (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Operation, setup, and programming of CNC lathes and CNC milling machines
• Manufacturing, inspection, and assembly of finished workpieces
• Implementation of quality assurance measures for workpieces through the selection of measuring equipment and the associated documentation
• Assembly of machines, systems, and production systems using semi-finished products, finished and standard parts, and self-manufactured assembly parts
• Commissioning of machines, systems, and production systems in compliance with quality assurance requirements, as well as recording and documentation of measurement and operating values
• Assembly of parts and assemblies

Profile of requirements

• Completed training as a toolmaker or machinist or a comparable qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Experience in CNC milling and CAM programming
• Knowledge of the construction and commissioning of milling machines desirable
• Knowledge of control and regulation technology, hydraulics and pneumatics, and power electronics desirable
• Very good written and spoken German
