Work Planning Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and managing material flows in inventory management 
• Planning, creating, and tracking plant orders 
• Creating, modifying, and monitoring production orders 
• Confirming production orders and posting inventory transactions 
• Creation and maintenance of storage locations, as well as verification and correction of inventory levels 
• Creation and maintenance of work plans and bills of materials (including ECN processing) 
• Development and updating of work instructions 
• Support for work planning in day-to-day operations
• Master data maintenance in the ERP system

Profile of requirements

• Completed training in a technical or business-related field
• Professional experience in production, work planning, or scheduling is desirable
• Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and with a focus on solutions
• Team player with a confident demeanor and assertiveness
• Very good technical understanding
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
