Working student HR (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Supporting applicant communication (including coordinating appointments, sending status updates, and initial review of documents)
• Maintaining job advertisements
• Supporting administrative tasks, e.g., systematic filing of personnel documents
• Supporting the onboarding of new employees
• Organizing introductory events or training courses
• Collaborating on HR projects
• Supporting career fairs
• Proactively obtaining missing documents (e.g., references, certificates) from candidates and employees.

Profile of requirements

• Current studies (from the 2nd semester onwards) in economics, business administration, human resources management, or a comparable degree program
• Ideally, initial professional experience in HR through internships or working student positions
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Organizational skills and a structured, reliable, and discreet way of working
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Time commitment of at least 16 hours per week
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
